Tracey is a motivated, compassionate support coordinator with a strong background in dementia advocacy, lived experience and community leadership.
About Tracey
Tracey is committed to helping people living with disability navigate the NDIS with confidence, while promoting choice, dignity and independence. She brings practical experience in helping participants understand their NDIS plans, connect with the right services, and build supports that are flexible, sustainable and matched to their goals. Her approach is person-centred, collaborative and grounded in strong communication and trust.
As the founder of the Blacktown Dementia Action Group and co-creator of the Living Hub, Tracey has led initiatives that build connection, raise awareness and create more inclusive, dementia-friendly communities. She has also contributed to key initiatives including Dementia Reconnect and Face Dementia, supporting community engagement and education. She is a peer leader in the Dementia Australia Connecting Peers program and an active member of the Western Sydney Dementia Alliance.
Tracey is passionate about advocacy, inclusion and better access to supports for people living with disability. She brings a rare mix of lived experience, leadership and practical knowledge, with a strong focus on real outcomes for participants and their families.
